i wana visit Lotte World in Korea and recall the love of my korean drama 'Stairway to Heaven'
it seems like only yesterday when i chance upon this pic and recall how crazy i used to be for this drama and how much tears i shed for them. LOL
i read @ CozyCot today that muscles tend to weigh more than fat and when we start exercising, our body would start to lose fat and build more muscles.
we could lose inches but our weight might remain the same or increase a little.
clothes could be always used as a guide to access our weight loss - we can then know if we did achieve anything.
PLEASE TELL ME THAT THIS IS WORKING ON ME.
i do get depressed when i work so hard and see no effect on the scale =C
