thanks to BF, i managed to exercise 3 times this week!
i was so exhausted, hungry and lazy after work on saturday and so wanted to give the whole exercise plan up.
with a little food and 1 hr nap, i promised to do as per planned. LOL
he motivated me to do intrevals
it was pretty easy the 1st few sprints but it became extremely tiring after our 3rd round
i had to complete 6 rounds x 2 = 12 sprint intervals
i couldnt have done it alone.
so, WE did it! hahhahahaha
it wasnt over okay!!!
we jogged all the way from yishun stadium to yishun northpoint area
it was more than 1 MRT stop
amazingly, it wasnt that difficult after all :)
now, i am aching all over
my back abdominal muscles are the worst- they ache like crazy when i laugh or cough
